What it is
The Navgraha Shanti is the classical Vedic puja addressed to all nine planets together — Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu. It is traditionally performed when a chart is passing through heavy planetary weather, or before an important beginning such as a marriage, a new home or a new venture.
It is not a shortcut and not a guarantee. It is a sincere, structured act of respect to the grahas, offered on your behalf with your name and your intention. Held that way — with shraddha and realistic expectations — it is one of the most loved shanti rituals in our tradition.
Who it suits
- Someone in a difficult dasha or a testing transit, particularly where more than one planet is involved.
- Families about to begin something significant — a marriage, a move, a new business.
- Anyone who would rather offer a ritual for the whole planetary family than single one planet out.
- People who want the ritual done properly, with a sankalp in their own name, rather than as a nameless group offering.
How it is arranged
What is included: a sankalp taken in your name — and your gotra, if you know it — stating the purpose of the puja; the ritual performed by arrangement, with Dr. Nidhi's office coordinating the officiating pandit; photographs and video shared with you afterwards; and a short note on anything simple you may wish to continue at home.
Dates: shanti pujas are not booked like appointments. The date is set by muhurat, choosing a day and window suited to the purpose and, where relevant, to your own chart. Once you enquire, you are offered suitable dates on WhatsApp and the puja is scheduled only after you confirm.
How to arrange: tell us your name, your city and the reason you are considering the puja. We confirm the sankalp, the scope of the ritual and the contribution — openly, before anything is scheduled. The contribution depends on the scale of the ritual, which is why this page says by arrangement rather than quoting a single figure.
What it does not do
- It is a prayer, not a transaction. No ritual can be sold as a guaranteed outcome, and we will never describe one that way.
- It does not treat, cure or prevent illness. It sits alongside proper medical care and never in place of it.
- It does not remove the need for effort, honesty or good decisions in the matter you are bringing.
- It is not an emergency service. The date is set by muhurat, so there is always a short wait.
How we keep it honest
The puja is performed in your name with a sankalp you have approved, and you receive photographs and video from the ritual afterwards. Nothing is performed until you have confirmed both the date and the contribution.
If a full Navgraha Shanti is more than your situation calls for, we will say so and suggest something simpler. That happens often, and it costs you nothing to ask.
