Payment, rescheduling and cancellation

Payment
- Fees are as displayed here, or as quoted to you at the time of booking, and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- The practice is not presently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST). Should any tax or levy become applicable, it will be charged only as required by law.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; by paying, you also accept the gateway’s terms.
- Where a refund is due it is made to your original payment method — usually initiated within 3 business days of approval, with a further 7–10 business days for your bank or card issuer.
Rescheduling & cancellation

One emergency reschedule per client per year is honoured without penalty. Once a written summary or remedial protocol has been delivered, its fee is non-refundable, as the work has been performed. For multi-session engagements, fees already used are non-refundable and any unused portion is assessed pro-rata.
