1. Acceptance & eligibility
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer, which together form a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our services
Lady of Destiny provides astrological and spiritual-guidance consultations, written summaries, remedial recommendations, and related content and offerings, delivered in person, over encrypted video, or as otherwise agreed. We may modify, add or discontinue any part of the services at our discretion.
3. Nature of the services
Our services are offered for guidance, reflection and personal insight only. Astrology illuminates tendencies, timing and probabilities — not certainties. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or investment advice, and no specific result, recovery, return or life event is promised or guaranteed. 4. Bookings, fees & taxes
- Consultations are offered by application or referral and are subject to availability and our acceptance of your request.
- Fees are as displayed or as quoted to you at the time of booking, and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- The practice is not presently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST). Fees are as stated at the time of booking; should any tax or levy become applicable, it will be charged only as required by law.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; by paying, you also accept the gateway's terms.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Your obligations
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information (including birth details), and understand that the quality of a reading depends on it.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or access credentials issued to you.
- You will make your own decisions and are solely responsible for the actions you choose to take.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access; disrupting the site's operation; uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content; harassing our practice or staff; or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, writings, designs, graphics, logos, the "Lady of Destiny" name and marks, recordings and reports — is owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent. Personal readings and materials prepared for you are for your personal use only.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your identity and the contents of your consultations as confidential and do not disclose them without your written consent, save as required by law. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available and is entered into for certain engagements; you may review our standard form here.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any decision you make or action you take based on our guidance. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lady of Destiny, Dr. Nidhi Sharma and our associates from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or services.
12. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party sites (for example, podcast platforms or social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law & grievances
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
