What it is
Eight-millimetre Amethyst beads with a soft violet depth. Amethyst carries the Water element's calm — the quality tradition reaches for when a mind will not settle, when sleep is broken, or when the day arrives already loud.
It is the most asked-for crystal we keep, and deservedly so: gentle, universal and pleasant to wear.

How it is used

Keep it out of prolonged sunlight — the violet genuinely fades. Moonlight and a selenite plate are its friends. Roll it on and off rather than stretching it over the knuckles.
